Personal Training Packages in WNY

New Sky Coaching offers personal training packages designed exclusively for adults age 50 and over. A certified personal trainer can create a safe and effective workout program for you.

One of the most difficult aspects of regular exercise is maintaining a consistent routine. Working with a personal trainer increases accountability and provides feedback on a regular basis, which helps you to stay motivated.

If you’re new to exercise or have specific medical concerns, having a personal trainer who can guide you through correct positioning and form is invaluable. They will help to ensure that you are performing the exercises effectively and maintaining proper posture and form. Not only will this help you achieve better results, but it will also help you to avoid injury.

New Sky Coaching offers in-home personal training, using equipment you already own, such as resistance bands, stability balls and light hand weights or dumbbells. We will also bring some different items to each session so that your workouts stay fresh. In addition, we will show you how to utilize objects around your home for fitness, like stairs, walls and even your kitchen counter!

  • A 15-minute phone call or virtual meeting to get acquainted and discuss your fitness needs, medical/injury background and equipment preferences and availability
  • A personalized workout program designed for you, including printed materials and fitness journal
  • A 60-minute in-person training appointment at your home

Additional Consultations – $80/hour

Personal Training Packages

3-session Package – $220

6-session Package – $425

Your package includes:

  • A 15-minute phone call or virtual meeting to get acquainted and discuss your fitness needs, medical/injury background and equipment preferences and availability
  • A personalized workout program designed for you, including printed materials and fitness journal
  • 3 or 6 60-minute in-person training appointments at your home
