About Jennifer

Jennifer Johnson is a native Western New Yorker and graduate of Canisius College. She has spent over 20 years working with local health plans, focusing on the health and wellness needs of older adults in the community. Jennifer brings health and wellness programs to adults of all ages through live and virtual presentations at fitness centers, senior centers, employers and community groups. Her passion for health, fitness and cooking led her to coaching, where she can work intensively with people one-on-one and help them set, and achieve, goals toward sustainable change.

Jennifer is an avid yogi, tennis player, runner and hiker. She loves shopping at local farmers’ markets and cooking up healthy meals with her finds. Jennifer is also a voracious reader who loves historical fiction, cozy murder mysteries and nonfiction of all kinds.

Jennifer also offers customized speaking events for all ages at community and corporate locations that provide a fun and relaxed atmosphere to learn more about wellness. A typical session would be a 45-60 minute seminar on a topic such as :
