Policies

  1. Upon registering for a yoga or fitness class for the first time, you will receive an email asking you to complete a waiver via a Google form. This is required for your class. If you would prefer to complete a paper form, please respond to the email with this request and we will make arrangements for you. Please add jennifer@newskycoachingwny.com to your address book so you do not miss this email or any others!
  2. We are unable to process refunds. If you must drop out of a class due to medical reasons, you may be able apply your fee to a future class. You may also transfer your registration to a friend or family member. (The new student will be required to complete a waiver.) Please contact Jennifer to discuss any of these scenarios. At this time, there are no makeup classes available if you miss a single session.
  3. Please arrive on time. We want you to be able to relax and concentrate when you’re in class. We know that life is busy, so we offer a 3-minute grace period at the beginning of each class. After that time, the door will be locked and you will be unable to enter. Each class begins with centering and relaxation and students who arrive late are often flustered, creating distraction for others. In addition, if you find yourself locked out, please do not bang on or rattle the door. Please understand that this policy is in everyone’s best interest. If you have concerns about this policy, please speak with Jennifer directly.
  4. If a class needs to be cancelled due to inclement weather or location-based issues, you will be notified via email. Every effort will also be made to post the information on New Sky Coaching’s social media pages. Classes cancelled for these reasons will be made up at a later date.
  5. If a class needs to be cancelled due to instructor illness, you will be notified via email. Every effort will also be made to post the information on New Sky Coaching’s social media pages. Classes cancelled for these reasons will be made up at a later date. New Sky Coaching also reserves the right to provide a substitute instructor for the class, rather than reschedule, and you will be notified via email if this happens.
  6. Retreats and other workshops may have other policies not listed here. If you register for any of these events, you will receive a notification of any additional policies via email.
